When arranging an auction try to think outside the box and come up with some fresh and creative ideas to get people excited and entertained. It does not have to be typical drinks and cakes, but for example you could offer to your guests some beauty services, such as a manicure or a haircut, or arrange a karaoke or hand-made activities.  Contact local business to see who might be interested in offering their product or services.

Singles gathering 

Bring single employees together and offer to them some fun activities where they can both get to know each other and help you to fundraise, for example making preparing meal for homeless or making toys for a dog shelter.

A night of gaming

Adults are not different to kinds when it comes to video games and entertainments.  Get some gaming CDs, borrow TVs and plan a gaming event. This can be both fun and effective way to raise money and get people to share positive emotions together.

Fashion show

Arranging a fundraising fashion show is another way to raise money. You don’t need models or an actual catwalk, just be creative ask your employees to take a part of the show and have fun! Ask people to donate their clothes and raise money by auctioning the garments from the show.

Find a local gym and ask them if they would be interested in hosting a fundraising event. You can then hire a personal trainer and offer everyone’s favourite sport activities.
